MBCNSW Mobile App
MBCNSW is using the 'Member Jungle' application to manage our club Member Database, manage events and allow better communication with members. 'Member Jungle' has an online app that you can use to register for events and communicate with the club.
You can also receive notifications about important event reminders and when a website admin adds something new to the website.
STEP 1. Download the App
The first thing you need to do is download the mobile app onto your device. Select which device you have and click on the icon below and download the "Member Jungle" app.

STEP 2. Search for our club name
Click on your new Member Jungle App icon and open the new app.
We recommend you allow notifications so you can receive important updates from the club
Now you need to search and add our club, click on the plus icon on the top right of the screen
Start typing 'Mercedes-Benz Club of NSW' in the search bar, as pictured below. Note the hyphen in Mercedes-Benz.
Search for Mercedes-Benz Club of NSW. The club will appear in the list on the screen, click on the Sign In button, as pictured below.
STEP 3. Logging In
If you are a current member you can login.
MBCNSW members have their username set up as FirstnameLastname. i.e. VinceThompson.
You can either click on the 'Forget your Password?' link if you want to reset your password, or more simply, click on the 'Login with on-time code' link. The system will send you a six digit code to the email address you have registered with the club. That six digit code will log you into the app. This is very similar to how banking apps work.

STEP 4. Using the app
4.1 Renewing your membership
You can now renew your membership via credit card over the app. If you wish to continue to do this manually, contact George Timothy.
If it is membership renewal time, you will get a message in the app asking you to renew. Click on 'Renew now'.
The app will open a new window in your web browser. The membership product will be auto-populated. Click on 'Start renewal'. You will then be able to verify your details, before clicking on submit.
You will then be prompted to pay via credit/debit card. If you wish to pay by cash, contact George Timothy, do not select cash here. You will then be prompted for your credit card details. MBCNSW uses 'Stripe' to handle credit card payments to ensure security. Once you have renewed, you will get a confirmation email.
4.2 Registering for events
You will now be able to register for events in the app. The events icon is in the main screen of the app and will allow you to browse events and register. You can also use the filters at the top to show only specific event types - e.g. major events, night drives, club meetings, drives, social events etc.
4.3 Checking your cars
Members who have cars on club membership can see those cars listed in the app under the cars option. While cars can only be edited by historic registrars, you should be able to check the details of each of your cars and notify a registrar if anything is incorrect, your cars are missing, or you have a car listed you no longer have registered with the club.
You can also add your cars on full registration yourself.
4.4 Questions
We have set up a chat room in the app for more questions on how to use functions. If you click on Chat room, there will be one called 'Member Jungle Questions' where you can ask questions about how to use functions of the app.
